This connector allows you to manage the Evertz 7721DE4 HD+GPI+SCTE104 card. This card is a quad data embedder designed for inserting AFD, GPI triggering information, and serial RS232/RS422 data streams into HD/SD-SDI signals.

An SNMP connection is used in order to successfully retrieve and configure the information of the device. There are also different possibilities available for alarm monitoring and trending.

This connector is used by DVEs that are automatically created by the parent element Evertz 7x00 General Platform. No user input is required.

How to Use

The DVE consists of the following data pages:

  • General: Contains the general settings of the card, including GPI Mode, GPI Triggering, Custom DID/SDID, etc.
  • Data: Contains the SCTE104 splice request data, SCTE104 Insert DTMF Description, and SCTE104 Insert Segmentation.
  • GPI: Contains the SCTE104 Multiple Operation and SCTE104 GPI Control parameters.
