Rohde Schwarz TMU9 DVBT

The R&S TMU9 DVBT2 is a compact-size, efficient and reliable transmitter with different possible standard configurations. Power consumption ranges from 300 W to 3.0 kW for digital standards, going up to 4.75 kW for analog standards. Built-in bandpass filters ensure short delivery times and innovative configurations, such as MultiTX or N+1 systems in a single rack.

This SNMP connector is used to monitor and configure the Rohde Schwarz TMU9 DVBT transmitter. This connector is based on the Rohde Schwarz TMU9 DVBT2 connector, range 2.0.0.x

Connections

SNMP Main Connection

This connector uses a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) connection and requires the following input during element creation:

SNMP CONNECTION:

  • IP address/host: The polling IP of the device.

SNMP Settings:

  • IP port: The IP port of the device.
  • Get community string: The community string used when reading values from the device, by default public.
  • Set community string: The community string used when setting values on the device, by default private.

Web Interface

The web interface is only accessible when the client machine has network access to the product.

By default, polling for these groups is enabled, and they have the same polling intervals as in previous versions of the connector: 1 minute for fast parameters, 5 minutes for medium parameters, and 30 minutes for slow parameters.

In the Polling Table, you can configure the intervals in the Time column, enable or disable the polling in the State column, and poll a specific group on demand in the Refresh on Demand column.
