Activating an information template
If you want a custom information template to override a protocol’s default information template, you have to activate it, i.e. make it the active information template for that protocol.
Go to Apps > Protocols & Templates.
Under Protocols, click the protocol for which you want to activate another information template.
Under Information Templates, right-click the information template you want to activate and select Set as active information template.
