Viewing your credit history

The Admin app provides a detailed record of all credit transactions for your organization, allowing you to track every change to your credit balance, including purchases, subscriptions, usage charges, and corrections, giving you complete transparency over your dataminer.services billing activity.

To view this information, go to the Billing page in the Admin app, and click the Credit history button.

Use the date selector at the top of the page to filter transactions by month. This allows you to review billing activity for specific time periods and analyze historical credit usage patterns.

This page is only accessible for users with the Admin or Owner role.

Credit transactions overview

The Credit transactions table displays a chronological list of all transactions that affected your credit balance. Each transaction includes the following information:

  • Subject: Describes the transaction.

  • Category: Classifies the transaction types using color-coded badges:

    • Billing (blue): Monthly usage charges for consumed services and resources.
    • Subscription (purple): Charges related to active subscriptions or subscription renewals.
    • Order (green): Credit purchases or additions to your account, typically resulting in positive balance changes.
    • Correction (yellow): Adjustments made to correct billing errors or apply credits.
  • Initiator: Shows who or what initiated the transaction. This is typically one of the following:

    • User email: For manual purchases or administrative adjustments.
    • Skyline Communications: For system-generated transactions or support-initiated corrections.
  • Timestamp: Displays the exact date and time when the transaction was processed, allowing you to track when balance changes occurred.

  • Balance: Shows your total credit balance after the transaction was applied. This helps you understand how each transaction affected your overall available credits.

  • Change: Displays the number of credits added or deducted by the transaction:

    • Negative values: Credits consumed or charged (displayed in regular text).
    • Positive values: Credits added to your account (displayed in green).

You can search the transaction table using the search icon in the top-right corner to quickly find specific transactions by subject, category, or other attributes.
