RBW and VBW units

From DataMiner 9.6.1 (RN 19833) onwards, in case a spectrum analyzer protocol defines parameters for "Resolution bandwidth" (64014) and "Video bandwidth" (64012) as double interprete type parameters without units, the info panel will show the default frequency unit “Hz”.
