Account problem

Problem

Even though the Skyline API status is OK and the account login status is Connected, the account status is Invalid account.

For example:

DIS status information showing the account status as "Invalid account"

Possible solutions

Updating Visual Studio to the latest available version usually solves this issue. If this does not work, you can try to reinstall Visual Studio.

If the problem persists, or reinstalling is not an option, report the issue to Skyline. Include the basic information about Visual Studio and the Output window information in your report, as mentioned under Retrieving information in case a problem occurs.
