ReorderPinned
Use this method to reorder a number of pinned items in the Recent list.
Input

| connection | String | The connection ID. See ConnectApp. |
| IDs | Array of string | The IDs of the pinned views, services or elements in the order in which they have to appear in the Recent list. Service and element IDs have to contain the DMA ID (e.g. 7/145). |
