Support for skipping SSL/TLS certificate verification in CI Type Management UI [ID 45549]

It is now possible to enable or disable Skip SSL/TLS Certificate Verification in the CI Type Management UI. Previously, this could only be configured via the CI Type JSON definition (see ID 44110).

This option is only available for HTTP and WebSocket connections. If the DataMiner version is lower than 10.4.12/10.5.0, the setting is ignored.
