Resetting the SLA counters
To reset the SLA counters, do the following:
In DataMiner Cube, go to the SLA Configuration page of the SLA element.
Under Extra settings, click the Reset button underneath Last Manual Reset.
The date and time next to Last Manual Reset will now be updated, and all SLA counters are reset.
Note
You need at least security level 3 in order to use this button. For users who do not have a sufficiently high security level, this button is not displayed.
