Acknowledging a base alarm

Use this action to have a base alarm acknowledged by a Correlation rule. This means that the alarm type will change to Acknowledged and the owner of the alarm will be the Correlation rule.

In the Actions section of the details pane:

  1. Click Add Action and select Acknowledge base alarm.

  2. Optionally, click the underlined field on the second line to specify a comment.
