Viewing information on DataMiner Systems

In the Admin app, you can view detailed information about your DataMiner System(s).

To do so:

1. In the Admin app, check whether the correct organization is mentioned in the header bar.

2. If a different organization should be selected, click the organization selector in the top-right corner and select the organization in the list.

3. In the sidebar on the left, go to Organization > Overview.

   Under DataMiner Systems, you will find the following details for each DMS in the organization:

   • Name: The name of the DataMiner System.

   • URL: A link to the DMS landing page.

   • Status: The status of your dataminer.services connection.

   • Type: The type of DMS you are running (DaaS or Self-hosted).

4. To access more detailed information about a specific DMS, click the DMS name under DataMiner Systems.

   This will show a page with information on the (connection) status of the DMS and the available updates.

   At the top of the page, you will find:

   • The DMS's name (1)

   • The landing page URL (2)

   • The type of DMS (DaaS or Self-hosted) (3)

   • An option to access this DMS in DataMiner Cube by clicking the Open in desktop app button. (4)
