Accessing DataMiner
Several applications are available to access DataMiner: in addition to the main client application, there are numerous other applications with more limited functionality.

DataMiner Cube | The main client application used to connect to a DMA. See Accessing DataMiner Cube |
Monitoring app | The main web application to monitor a DataMiner System, available from DataMiner 10.0.0/10.0.2 onwards. See Accessing the Monitoring app. In earlier DataMiner version, instead the Monitoring & Control app was available. See Accessing the legacy Monitoring & Control app. |
Dashboards app | Cross-platform dashboard web application available from DataMiner 9.6.9 onwards. See Dashboards app |
Reports & Dashboards | Legacy module that allows you to consult reports and/or dashboards within DataMiner Cube and in a separate application. See DMS Reporter and DMS Dashboards. |
Jobs | Web application that allows the creation of management of jobs, available from DataMiner 9.6.4 onwards. See Job Manager. |
Ticketing | Web application that allows easy creation and management of tickets in DataMiner. Also available embedded within DataMiner Cube. See Ticketing |
Alerter | System tray application that notifies the user of alarms in the DataMiner system. See Accessing Alerter |
DataMiner Taskbar Utility | System tray application on a DataMiner Agent that allows some basic functionalities like starting, stopping and upgrading the DMA. See Accessing the DataMiner Taskbar Utility |
Web APIs | Any third-party application can retrieve real-time DataMiner data via XML-RPC, SOAP or JSON. For more information, see Web Services. |
