Using the Ticketing Gateway API

The Ticketing Gateway API is obsolete. It is not supported with STaaS and is no longer available from DataMiner 10.6.0/10.6.3 onwards.

The Ticketing Gateway API allows you to integrate any third-party ticketing system into DataMiner. Using the methods in this API, you can create and manage tickets of any type.
