Needs attention

The Needs Attention page ranks all SLAs by an explainable attention score, so you can see what to act on before an SLA breaches. The score takes into account, among other things, whether the SLA is breached or degrading, how close it is to its target, whether it has an ongoing outage, and whether tracking is disabled.

Each SLA is grouped into one of three severity levels:

• Critical
• High
• Elevated

Each SLA also shows reason chips that explain why it received its score.

Use this page to quickly find and act on the SLAs that need attention, without having to scan the full SLAs inventory.
