External Ticketing page
The External Ticketing page lists all configured external integrations. Entries can represent external systems such as ServiceNow. For each entry, a visualization endpoint and API endpoint are listed.
In some cases, custom external systems can be added with the Create External Ticketing button in the upper-right corner; however, typically, the entry representing an external integration will be created automatically by the element responsible for the communication with the external ticketing system. See for example ServiceNow integration.
Via the pencil icon, you can edit each of the added external integrations.
