Penalty box

The Penalty Box page gives you quick access to the SLAs you have pinned. It shows the number of pinned SLAs, together with how many of them are currently breached or at risk.

To pin an SLA, click its star icon on the SLAs page or on its detail view. Pinned SLAs then appear on this page, as well as in the Penalty Box panel on the Dashboard.

Pinned SLAs are stored in your browser and are not shared between users or browsers.
