Available visualizations

Many visualizations are available in the Dashboards app and Low-Code Apps, in the categories listed below.

General

Visualization Description
Block A block is used as a divider between other components.
Button A button allows users to execute actions in a low-code app.
Button panel A button panel lets you replicate and control physical hardware buttons remotely.
Form A form allows users to view, enter, or update structured information in a clear layout.
Text A text component displays a block of static text.
Image An image displays an uploaded image.
Icon An icon displays a symbol to help recognize or highlight something.
Generic map A generic map visualizes real-time data from the DataMiner System on top of geographical maps provided by online map services.
Clock A digital clock displays the current time in a digital format.
Clock (Analog) An analog clock displays the current time with clock hands.
Group A group is used to display multiple components at once.
Maps A maps component is used to display markers and/or lines on a map.
Query filter A query filter is used to filter and refine data based on specific criteria.
Stepper A stepper is used to guide the user through a workflow by splitting it up into different numbered or labeled steps.
Trigger A trigger allows users to manually or automatically refresh other components.
Web A web component displays a webpage or a block of static HTML. It can also be used to display a video thumbnail.

States and values

Visualization Description
State A state component displays the state, name, and, if applicable, the value of an object.
Progress bar A progress bar shows the value of one or more analog parameters with a progress bar.
Gauge A gauge displays the name and, if applicable, the value of an object within a colored gauge matching the state of the object.
Ring A ring displays the name and, if applicable, the value of an object within a colored ring matching the state of the object.
State timeline A state timeline visualizes alarm state changes over time.

Tables

Visualization Description
Parameter table A parameter table displays a data table of an element.
Alarm table An alarm table displays a list of alarms or information events, which can be filtered in multiple ways.
Pivot table A pivot table displays a status report for a number of parameters of the elements using the selected protocol and protocol version.
Table A table displays the results of a query in a structured, row-column format, similar to a spreadsheet.

Charts

Visualization Description
Column & Bar chart A column & bar chart displays information in the form of a column or bar chart. This can for example be based on a GQI query or on DataMiner alarm information for elements or services.
Line & Area chart A line & area chart displays a graph that can for example be based on DataMiner trending or on a GQI query.
Pie & Donut chart A pie & donut chart displays information in a chart shaped like a pie or donut.

Other

Visualization Description
Timeline A timeline is used to visualize and manage bookings, events, and other time-bound data.
List A list allows users to select one or more items in a list.
EPM picker An EPM picker allows users to make a filter selection for a particular EPM element and EPM chain.
Grid A grid displays information in a clear, tile-based grid format and offers a wide range of customization options.
IAS An interactive Automation script component visualizes any interactive Automation script (IAS) within pages or panels of a low-code app.
Node edge graph A node edge graph visualizes any type of objects (i.e. "nodes") and the connections between them (i.e. "edges"). By linking parameters and properties to those nodes and edges, you can turn a node edge graph into a full-fledged analytical tool that shows real-time alarm statuses and KPI data.
Parameter page A parameter page displays a particular data page of an element.
Service definition A service definition displays a service definition as a node edge graph. It can display the graph based on service definition data or booking data.
Spectrum analyzer A spectrum analyzer displays a spectrum graph.
Visual Overview A visual overview displays a Visio file linked to an element.
Tree A tree allows users to select one or more items in a tree view.
Parameter picker A parameter picker allows users to select multiple parameters from a predefined list.
Trend statistics A trend statistics component displays the minimum, average, and maximum value of one or more trended parameters.

Basic controls

Visualization Description
Dropdown A dropdown allows users to select an item in a dropdown list.
Numeric input A numeric input component allows users to enter numbers, which will then be available as data in the dashboard or app.
Search input A search input component allows users to enter text for the purpose of searching for something in the dashboard or app.
Text input A text input component allows users to enter text, which will then be available as data in the dashboard or app.
Time range A time range is used to enter a specific time range, which can then for example be used as a filter for compatible components.
Toggle A toggle is used to enable or disable specific capabilities.
